PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the forgary a commutation ticket, to improve the reliability thereof and to effectively utilize resources. SOLUTION: A commutation ticket displays information such as an available section and a period as a bar code and is provided with a function for radiating an electromagnetic wave including information indicating available stations. A light receiving part 4 receives bar code information and sends the received information to a data judging part 8 and a resonance circuit part 7 receives an electromagnetic wave and sends the received wave to the judging part 8. The judging part 8 controls the opening/closing of a gate based upon both the information. The commutation ticket 1 can be reused by magnetically rewriting the contents of the bar code by iron sand or the like.
