When measuring the non electrolyte concentration in the electrolyte solution, the electrical conductivity of the mixed solution containing the electrolyte and the non electrolyte is measured beforehand to obtain the relationship between the electrical conductivity and the non electrolyte concentration of the same system. Based on this relationship, the concentration of the non electrolyte in the mixed solution can be obtained from the electrical conductivity measured by the mixed solution.
