HORIZONTAL-VERTICAL-HORIZONTAL CONTINUOUS CARRYING BELT CONVEYOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously carry a material to be carried onto the ground by pinching both side parts of overlapped two-way belts so as to continuously form a lower horizontal carrying passage, a vertical carrying passage and an upper horizontal carrying passage wraping one flat belt in the endless condition. ;SOLUTION: A lower side of a flat belt, which is wrapped between a tail pulley 10 and a head pulley 18, is guided downward through a bend pulley 11. This lower side of the flat belt is overlapped with a belt, which forms a vertical part, through a tension pulley 12 and a return pulley 13. In this condition, the flat belt is guided downward through return pulleys 14 and a bent pulley 15, which are arranged higher than the upper side belt forming the upper horizontal part, and wrapped around a tail pulley 10 through a bend pulley 16. Both right and left ends of the two-way belt, which are overlapped between the return pulleys 14 arranged higher than the upper side belt of the upper horizontal part through the return pulley 13, are pinched by edge rollers 17, 17 arranged at the multiple stages.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
