PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a revetment in which workability is enhanced while using natural stones. SOLUTION: A plurality of natural stone retaining units are laid on the surface of slope of a revetment in an adjacent condition. In each of the natural stone retaining units, a plurality of natural stones 5 are joined by an adhesive agent on wire gauze 3, and a frame body 2 is provided to the entire circumference of the wire gauze 3, and the respective natural stone retaining units are connected each other through the adjacent natural stone frame bodies 2, so that a plurality of natural stone retaining units can be stongly retained to the surface of slope of a revetment.
