SHIELD TUNNEL LINING METHOD AND SHIELD TUNNEL LINING CONSTRUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate secondary lining to promote earthquake resistance by sticking a water heading material along the inside surface of a segment of joints of a large number of segments forming primary lining, and applying application work such as resin spraying layer to the inside surface of the primary lining. ;SOLUTION: A belt-shaped water leading material 4 is stuck along the inside surface of a segment of joints of a large number of segments forming primary lining, and a continuous head race continued lengthwise and crosswise is formed in the interior wall of a shield tunnel. Then, a resin spraying waterproof layer is executed on the inside surface of the primary lining containing a part of the water leading material 4 to form a resin spraying layer 8. Then, water enters the tunnel wall from the ground moves like riverbed water in the head race 4 formed in succession and flows down to gather water in a drain 7. By the constitution, secondary lining constrains the free motion in the tunnel in the case of an earthquake for increasing rigidity of the tunnel, earthquake resistance of the tunnel main body is worsened, and earthquake resistance can be promoted by omitting the secondary lining.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
