PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to accurately measure and adjust the amount of the minute unbalance of a light rotary body rotating at a high speed by linking a vibration detecting plate part and a body fixing part with plate springs, which are orthogonal to the vibrating direction. ;SOLUTION: A driving substrate part 1, which mounts a body to be measured P on the upper part and rotates the body P, and a vibration detecting plate part 2 having a part to be detected 22 for detecting the vibration in the orthogonal direction with a rotating center line are linked to body fixing parts 7 and 8 with plate springs 3-6, which are orthogonal to the vibrating direction. Therefore, when unbalance for the rotary center is present in the body to be measured P, the part 22 or the vibration detecting plate part 1 is deflected sensitively and efficiently to the maximum degree at the phase angle where the unbalance weight is present. Then, an operating means 16 computes the accurate amount of the unbalance and the phase angle of the body to be measured P based on the information of vibration sensors 9 and 10 for detecting the vibration and a rotating phase sensor 13. Furthermore, the dynamic balance of the body to be measured P can be measured by providing the parts to be detected 22 and the vibration sensors 9 and 10 at two upper and lower places.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
