PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the measuring device, which can supply aerosol comprising powder and granular material to be measured stably to the irradiating position of laser light and has excellent reproducibility. ;SOLUTION: Both side surfaces 10a and 10b of a groove 10 formed on a turntable 81 are inclined in the upward expanding direction. Thus, the inflow of outer air into the groove 10 in sucking powder and granular material P to be measured is made smooth. Furthermore, a protruding stripe 11 having upward narrowing slant surfaces 11a and 11b is formed at a bottom surface 10c of the groove 10. Thus, the inflow of the air blown into the groove 10 into a sucking pipe 84b is made smooth, and the powder and granular material in the groove 10 is stably transformed into aerosol without remaining.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
