LIGHTWEIGHT BUBBLED GROUT MATERIAL AND ITS APPLICATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lightweight bubbled grout material comprising a cement, a mineral powder filler, water and bubbles preliminarily controlled to a specific bubble diameter, excellent in flowability, when charged into spaces between steel plates and bridges, etc., free from the mutual separation of materials after the injection of the grout material, and vertically uniform in the distribution of the bubbles. ;SOLUTION: This lightweight bubbled grout material comprises a cement, a mineral powder filler, water and bubbles having diameters of ≤0.1mm. The content of the bubbles is approximately 100-500 liter/m³. The mineral powder filler is added in an amount of approximately 150-350kg/m³. The mineral powder filler preferably has a Bullen value of 1,500-6,000cm²/g. The lightweight bubbled grout material has a flowing property of approximately 20-50sec.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
