In other words, to suppress the seventh harmonic voltage, a small-capacitance capacitor (42) fitted with an % series capacitor is installed permanently in parallel for the purpose of shifting the parallel resonance point of the seventh harmonic wave viewed from a higher harmonic current source. That is, a 200kVar capacitor C' fitted with an 42% series reactor is added. Hereby, it does not relate to the system operation state, and the occurrence of abnormal voltage by the seventh harmonic waves is suppressed completely.
