PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of indoor dew condensation without impairing strength of a ligneous column. ;SOLUTION: A male type capital metallic material 7 installs/fixes a box metallic material 73 to screw-fit and hold a male type joint piece on/to a ligneous capital 61 by using an installing reinforcing plate 74. In this case, the installing reinforcing plate 74 is not arranged on a vertical side surface of the ligneous capital 61 facing the outdoor side, and a lateral width of respective installing reinforcing plates 74 is set narrower than a lateral width of a ligneous column 6, and the side edge on the outdoor side of the installing reinforcing plate 74 is arranged on the indoor side more than the side edge on the outdoor side of a vertical side surface of the ligneous column 6 with which the installing reinforcing plate 74 comes into contact. It is similar on a female type column base metallic material installed on and fixed to a ligneous column base of a lower floor. Therefore, a cooling bridge and a heat radiating plate to release heat outdoors are not formed. Therefore, dew condensation is not generated on an indoor side wall surface. Since the installing reinforcing plate 74 is brought into contact with and fixed to mutually opposting two vertical side surface of the ligneous column 6 of not facing the outdoor side, strength of the ligneous column 6 is not impaired.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
