PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure low fitting force (insertion force) of a connection terminal between a bus bar and an electronic circuit board and mount the connection terminal on the whole periphery of the electronic circuit board. SOLUTION: An electric connection box with an electronic circuit which is provided with an electronic circuit storage part in part of an electric connection box for storing a bus bar and which connects a circuit part 14a of an electronic circuit board 14 stored in that electronic circuit storage part with a bus bar 13 stored in said electric connection box, wherein a connection terminal 17 connects the circuit board 14a of the electronic circuit board 14 with a tab 13a provided for a bus bar 13. A conductive metal plate is formed by means of bending processing, the connection box is provided with an electronic circuit side electric connection portion 17a to be fitted to the circuit part 14a of the outer circumference of the electronic circuit board 14 from the transverse direction and a bus bar side electric connection portion 17a of a lower face opening to be fitted to the tab 13a protruded from the bus bar 13 from the upper direction in the orthogonal direction, and these electric connection portions 17a and 17b are provided with spring shaped tongue piece parts 17c and 17d and are pressure- welded.
