PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pool and a method for keeping the quality of pool water as equal practically as that of water for living and supplying it as the water for living and drinking water at the time of emergency. SOLUTION: Circulation-filtration equipment 3 collects and filters pool water and supplies the filtrate to a pool. On the outlet side of the circulation-filtration equipment 3, two systems of supply piping of the filtrate, a water sending piping 10 for supplying pool water which returns the filtrate to the pool and a water sending piping 11 for supplying water in emergency which supply the filtrate outside in emergency, are provided. Moreover, an inverter control device which controls the number of revolutions of a pump is provided for the circulation- filtration equipment 3.
