MOLDING OF GLASS OPTICAL ELEMENT, ITS DEVICE, ESTIMATING SYSTEM OF OPTICAL ELEMENT ACCURACY IN MOLDING SIMULATION, OPTIMUM MOLDING CONDITION-SETTING DEVICE USING THE SYSTEM AND ITS METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set up the optimum molding condition for stably molding a glass optical element in high accuracy and efficiency. ;SOLUTION: In a stress-deformation analysis of a glass optical element, the analysis is performed by using an accuracy estimating system for an optical element wherein a glass raw material is pressed by a mold part material, whether the glass raw material is fixed to or peeled off the mold member in cooling is judged and in the case of judging as the glass raw material is peeled off, calculations are proceeded as the glass raw material is slipped from the mold member. Then, accuracy of the optically functional face of the optical element is evaluated according to the result of the analysis, and when the system is judged as the accuracy is bad by the evaluation, each molding condition is revised according to influence of each molding condition to the accuracy inferiority generating in the optical element. Thus, an analysis by the accuracy estimating system for an optical element is performed according to the revised each molding condition and when the system is judged as having no accuracy inferiority, each molding condition at the time is set as the optimum molding condition.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
