PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-propelled fertilizing machine free from trouble of the adhesion of fertilizer to the scattering mechanism and having excellent operability by providing a liquid-receiving member to receive liquid flowing down along the outer circumference of a fertilizer hopper. ;SOLUTION: A liquid-receiving member 8 for receiving liquid flowing down along the outer circumference of a fertilizer hopper is placed near the bottom of the fertilizer hopper and above a fertilizer scattering mechanism. The liquid- receiving member 8 is a ring-shaped member closely fitting to the outer circumference of a part near the bottom of the fertilizer hopper and having an outer diameter larger than the outer circumference diameter of the fertilizer hopper at the fitting position. The liquid-receiving member 8 is provided with a wall part 83 at a prescribed height on the outer circumference of the member to receive and recover the liquid flowing down along the outer circumference of the fertilizer hopper by a groove 84 formed between the outer circumference and the wall part 83. The liquid-receiving member 8 is preferably further provided with a discharging port 85 to discharge the recovered liquid from the apparatus and a hose member 86 connected to the discharging port 85.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
