PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a crystal transformation of a nitrilo compound having high apparent density, fluidity and substrate transferability and useful for a processing stabilizer for polymer, etc., by quickly cooling a specific molten 1,1',1"-nitrilo(triethyl-trisphosphite) compound. ;SOLUTION: 1,1',1"-Nitrilo{triethyl-tris-[2,2'-methylene-bis(4,6-di-t- butylphenyl)]phosphite} expressed by the formula is melted by heating at 200°C under reduced pressure (0.1mmHg) and quickly cooled to obtain an amorphous transformation or maintained in molten state at 200°C for 16hr to obtain a crystal transformation. The amorphous transformation has a glass transition temperature (Tg) falling within the range of 120-124°C (DSC) and an undistinctive X-ray diffraction pattern and the crystal transformation has melting points of 232-243°C and 267-272°C and gives an X-ray diffraction pattern having very strong peaks at diffraction angles of 7.92, 16.94 and 18.52 and strong peaks at 9.92 and 13.5.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
