PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a factory-produced wall-surface frame-body unit for a plurality of stories fitted for the external wall surface and partition wall surface of a building mainly constructed in two or four stories and an execution method thereof. ;SOLUTION: In a wall-surface frame-body unit U for a plurality of stories, a series of bearing walls are built by properly dividing the horizontal direction of a building and connection the divided buildings in an abutting shape by integral frame bodies continuing by a plurality of stories in the vertical direction of the building in wall surfaces in the building of a plurality of stories. The wall-surface frame-body unit U consists of frame assemblies 1 containing outer- circumferential frame bodies 2 having thickness size (t) formed by a shape steel material made of a metal, vertical-horizontal reinforcing beams 3, 4 installed within thickness size (t) in the frames of the outer-circumferential frame bodies and rigid-zone mechanisms 5, and the rigid-zone mechanisms prevent the deformation of the unit at the stage of wall-surface construction execution, and are combined integrally for imparting rigidity.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
