PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate the circumferential deformation of frame members by strengthening joint construction of a truss base and to increase the strength of a truss base construction. ;SOLUTION: A cover 21 covering a hub 3 and the ends of frame members 2 from up and down is provided. The cover 21 is formed of two members 21A divided into up and down sections. Regulatory members 22 provided between the ends of the neighboring frame members 2 and keeping a split angle θ of the frame members are monolithically projected.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
