PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely control the up-lift applied to an elastic support device with the control device built-in elastic support device for the up-lift and horizontal force having a simple structure. ;SOLUTION: A stepped center section projection 5 shrunk in diameter on the lower side is protruded at the center section of an upper metal plate 11 fixed to an upper structure 9, an elastic support body 7 laminated with rubber layers 13 and reinforcing metal plates 14 in turn is mounted on a lower metal plate 3 fixed to a foundation structure 4, and large and small gaps 30, 31 are provided between the center hole of the elastic support body 7 and the center section projection 5. The lower face of the peripheral edge section of the center hole of the upper metal plate 11 is pressed by an up-lift stop metal 12 screwed to the male screw section 15 of the center section projection 5, and a gap is provided between the up-lift stop metal 12 and the periphery of the center hole of the lower metal plate 3.
