PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple service type exterior which serves for wind power generation, solar light power generation and windbreaking and sound roofing services by using effectively the energy of wind which strikes on the exterior wall. SOLUTION: A wind passage 2 is provided in front of a partition wall 1. Wing-like blade boards 3 are laid out side by side in front of the wall 1. A fan 4 is mounted at the tip at which wind joins together and turned and connected to a generator. A storm protection cover is mounted on the upper part so as to protect from rain and wind and rectify wind so that the cover may serve for the soundproofing for a neighborhood from the fan 4 or the generator 5. During a storm, the lower board of the fan 4 and the generator 5 and the upper board of the partition wall 1 are opened, thereby releasing the wind. A sound diffusion space is produced between a sound inlet and a sound outlet on a hole in an obstacle wall. An attenuated sound which has passed through the space of an obstacle and the partition wall 1 is damped by boring a large number of holes in the next partition wall and producing a space therein and laminating the surrounding area with a material having an air layer. The wind accelerated at the partition wall 1 is adjusted in wind velocity and wind volume so that the fan 4 may be turned at a rated speed with a wing-like wind capacity adjusting board mounted vertically on the partition wall surface 1.
