PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily decide the turning direction of a turn table when receiving and delivering of the car from the car shed is continuously operated. ;SOLUTION: An elevating path E where a lift 2 is elevated is provided, parking chambers X2, 3, 5, 6 and Y2, 6 are disposed adjacent to the elevating path E, and a turn table 6 is rotatably supported on the elevating path E in a boarding place 10 where the car goes in and out. In the parking chambers X2, 3, 5, 6 and Y, 3, 4, 6, traverse trays 14 are disposed in such a manner as to alternate the front F2, 3, 4, 6, and the rear R 2, 3, 5, 6. The lift 2 enable handing over a car between the traverse tray 14 and the turn table 6. Further, according to the operation pattern, a controller makes a decision to give instructions of a turning direction and a parking chamber for the receiving car to a control board 28, so that the turning of the turn table 6 is decreased and the processing time can be reduced.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
