PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency in the collecting capacity of sand filters by controlling the rise of the density of aerosol in an area to save the costs, labor and days required for maintenance work. SOLUTION: A sodium aerosol recovery device 1 which absorbs and treats sodium aerosol generated from the burning of leaked sedition is placed in each area of a fast breeder reactor of a sodium cooled type. A circulation air flow generator is installed in the sodium aerosol recovery device 1. Moreover, sand filters 3a to 3d which are multilayered according to granularity are installed in the sodium aerosol recovery device 1.
