METHOD FOR SOLVING DATA REFERENCE IN LANGUAGE TRANSLATION PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute the scanning of input in a syntax analysis part not with two processings but with one processing through the use of a data declaration information file and to solve data reference at the time of succession on the same file when a language is an object directing type and to improve translation efficiency with less resources in the language translation processing which can describe data reference before data declaration. ;SOLUTION: A language translation program 1 inputs a source program 2 and a syntax analysis part 4 generates an intermediate language 5 through a word analysis part 3. At the time of initial translation, data declaration information is stored in a data declaration information file 10 at a data declaration storage part 9. At second and subsequent times of translation, previous information on data declaration on the source program or information on the data declaration of an ancestor class in the object directing type language is acquired from a data declaration acquirement part 1 so as to solve the reference of data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
