PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for re-liquefying liquefied gas for use in re-liquefying cooling liquefied gas gasified by a scientific equipment and sending it back to the scientific equipment. ;CONSTITUTION: A liquefied gas storing tank 3 arranged in a scientific equipment 1 using a liquefied gas acting as a cooling refrigerant and a re-liquefying tank 2 having a low temperature generating part 5 of a cryogenic freezer 6 arranged in the tank are communicated to each other by a flexible thermal insulating pipe 4. This flexible thermal insulating pipe 4 is connected to a position higher by a predetermined height from a bottom wall of the re-liquefying tank 2, thereby a re-liquefied gas storing part 13 is formed in the re-liquefying tank 2 The flexible thermal pipe 4 is arranged in such a way that shows a declined slant orientation extending from the re-liquefying tank 2 toward the liquefied gas storing tank 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
