PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a credit approving operation for credit card during the settlement of account. ;SOLUTION: When performing the credit approving operation during the settlement of account, card data read by a credit card reader 25 and money data inputted by an input part 24 are temporarily recorded in an auxiliary recording part 27 and when the settlement of account is finished, the data recorded in the auxiliary recording part 27 are transferred. Thus, when the inputted card data and money data are recorded in the auxiliary recording part 27 during the settlement of account, the card data and money data inputted to the auxiliary recording part 27 during production are transferred to a main recording part 29 so that a registering operation can be performed during the operation of settlement of account.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
