PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abrasive tape, a polishing method, and a polishing device, suitable for performing of final finishing for the end surface of an optical connector ferrule. ;SOLUTION: An optical connector ferrule end surface polishing tape 10 provided with an abrasive tape base material 11 and an abrasive layer 13 provided on the base material 11, and in which the abrasive tape base material 11 is made of a polyester film having the thickness in the range of 50 to 100, the abrasive layer 13 provided on the base material 11 provided with abrasive grains made of silica grains having the mean grain size in the range of 5 to 30m and bonding agent for bonding the abrasive grains, and the center line mean roughness Ra of the abrasive layer front surface is in the range of 0.005 to 0.2 is prepared. The abrasive tape 10 is arranged on a rotational metallic plate through an elastomer elastic body.
