PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring supporting metal tool and jig for edge-forming of a long size subject which can prevent the long size subject from being twisted, and further to provide a method for precisely projecting the spring-back amount of the age-formings. ;SOLUTION: An edge-forming forming jig 10 is composed of a box like member 11 composed of four side plates and a bottom plate, plural numbers of partition plates 12 supported by the box like members 11 and arranged in a prescribed interval, a supporting plate 13 mounted on top end face and in order to form the standard face of the edge-forming of a long size subject W and a spring supporting metal tool 20 attached on the supporting plate 13 along the shape of the long size subject W.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
