PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling roll transporting equipment capable of improving the transportation efficiency of the rolling roll and also facilitating a roll management. ;SOLUTION: A pair of hoisting units holding a pair of rolls 3 to be arranged in parallel to each other and in the horizontal direction are provided in cranes 7, 12, and pallets 10 for storing plural pairs of rolls 3 to be arranged in one column horizontally rolls are provided. In this way, since two rolls can be hoisted by mutually independent operation of respective hoisting units, the roll management is easily automated and the efficiency of roll transportation is improved.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
