TAILORING OF ACCESSORY AND TAILORING KIT FOR ACCESSORY FOR TRAINING AID

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for the tailoring of an accessory to enable accurate cutting of a cloth according to a dress pattern without causing the displacement of the cloth relative to the pattern to facilitate the tailoring of an accessory and suitable as a teaching material for school and to provide a tailoring kit for an accessory for training aid. ;SOLUTION: This tailoring kit is composed of a dress pattern 1 consisting of a nonwoven fabric having a cutting line 5 drawn on the surface according to the contour of a cut cloth and an adhesive layer 6 formed on the back surface and a cloth 2 to be laid on the dress pattern 1. The dress pattern 1 is laid on the cloth 2 interposing the adhesive layer 6 therebetween and pressed under heating above the dress pattern 1 to obtain a tailoring cloth having the cloth 2 integrally bonded to the dress pattern 1. The tailoring cloth is cut along the cutting line 5 of the dress pattern 1 to form a plurality of cut cloth pieces and the pieces are sewn along sewing lines.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
