EXHAUSTION DYEING OF CELLULOSE-BASED TEXTILE MATERIAL USING REACTIVE DYE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a uniformly dyed product efficiently in a short time by exhaustion dyeing of a cellulose-based textile material with a reactive dye even dyed in dyeing concentrations of medium or higher level. ;SOLUTION: Using two kinds of alkali differing from each other, the 2nd kind of alkali is added after completing addition of the whole amount of the 1st kind of alkali, and the pH of a dyeing bath after completing addition of the whole amount of the 2nd kind of alkali is regulated so as to be higher than the pH of the dyeing bath after completing addition of the whole amount of the 1st kind of alkali; thereafter, an exhaustion dyeing of a cellulose-based textile material with a reactive dye is conducted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
