RAYON FILAMENT YARN, ITS PRODUCTION AND HEMP-TONE FABRIC

摘要

PURPOSE: To obtain the subject yarn having a cross section of about usual round shape although having thick single fiber and useful as organdy-tone fabric, etc., by spinning rayon filament yarns at a specific condition. ;CONSTITUTION: Rayon filament yarns having ≥10 single fiber denier are spun using spinning nozzle holes of flatness of ≤3 when a draft ratio (D-ratio) is ≥0.75 or using spinning nozzle holes of flatness of 3-15 when the D-ratio is 0.75 and at 70m/min spinning speed in both cases. The D-ratio is expressed by the formula: D-ratio =[v/(1+E)×S×(H/Q) [(v) is spinning speed (m/min); E is stretching ratio (%/100); S is nozzle hole area (mm²); H is nozzle hole number; Q is extruding rate (cc/min)]. By this method, rayon filament yarns for fabric having flatness of single fiber cross section of ≤3 and total denier of 30-120 are stably obtained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
