SHAPING OF HOOK-HAVING HOOKING PIECE FOR BRASSIERE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate unpleasant feeling by avoiding attaching of sealed up and under edge parts to the human skin, and further capable of readily fitting operation and being efficiently fitted with small sewed part by a sewing machine about a hook-having hooking piece sewed on an end part of a brassiere. ;SOLUTION: The objective hook-having hooking piece for brassiere having an opening part having a double-leafed hinge at an end a nonsealed part at an outer side of up and under end-sealed parts is formed by fitting plural hooks 2 on a belt-like sheet 1 made of a synthetic resin in a breadth direction, and further fitting the hooks 2 in the same state at a prescribed interval in a transverse direction, intermittently transferring the hook-having belt-like sheet 6, detecting existence of the hooks 2 at a first stopping position, and inserting a non-melt stuck separator at a next stopping position by making a prescribed position in the breadth direction as one end, sealing the sheets in parallel state of two layers, then cutting between the two layered parallel sheet parts with a cutter device at a next stopping position.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
