PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote failure analysis system for an X-ray CT device, capable of analyzing the failed channel of an X-ray detection system without any need of irradiating an X-ray. ;SOLUTION: An X-ray detector (Det) 112 has a scintillator 210, a photo diode 202, a light emitting element 203 and a drive control circuit 204. The scintillator 201 generates light, upon receipt of an X-ray from an upper position in the illustration, and the material thereof is transparent or translucent to allow the transmission of the light. Also, the photo diode 202 converts the light,to an electrical signal (detected analog signal), and outputs the signal to the input part of an amplifier circuit (Amp) 113. Furthermore, the light emitting element 203 generates light capable of being transmitted through the scintillator 201, instead of the X-ray.
