PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchorage device of a rockfall prevention retaining wall stabilizing anchor capable of preventing the breakage of tendon. ;SOLUTION: This anchorage device is equipped with a pedestal 11, anchor plates 16 provided to the pedestal and in the direction of the axis of tendon at a specific interval and a laminated rubber (buffer) 15. When rockfall clashes against a rockfall prevention retaining wall W, and the rockfall prevention retaining wall W is going to invert in the falling direction of the rockfall, the laminated rubber 15 is compressed.
