CONSTRUCTION TECHNIQUE OF TOWER TYPE BOILER PLANT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the shortening of working period as well as the safe assembly at a site by dividing a tower type boiler into modules to carry them to the site of construction. ;SOLUTION: A tower type boiler plant is constituted of a boiler zone module 30, a side zone module 20 and a side banker zone module 10, which are arranged at the left-and-right sides of the boiler zone module 30 respectively, an air heater banker zone module 40 and an air heater zone module 50, which are arranged at the rear side of this boiler zone 30, while these modules are incorporated into separated and independent supporting steel frames respectively. Respective zone modules 10-50 are manufactured in a factory or at site and, thereafter, are carried into and assembled in the site of construction to construct the tower type boiler plant.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
