PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sterilize bacteria having strong resistance such as legionella in a bathtub water circulating system for circulating and purifying water in a bathtub by heating components of the bathtub water circulating system to a specified temperature. SOLUTION: A round-the-clock bath has a hot water feeding and circulating system 7 and a circulating and purifying system 3 for bathtub water, and has piping 44 for connecting a warm water heat source device 5 and the hot water feeding and circulating system 3, a three-way valve 17 and the like, and piping 19 and the like. Here, hot water of =63 deg.C that has been heated by the warm water heat source device 5 is fed into the circulating and purifying system 3 through piping 59, a three-way valve 45 and the piping 44. The hot water is transferred to a tank filter 39 through a three- way valve 43, piping 41 and three-way valve 37, and also is transferred from the three-way valve 37 to a hair catcher 29 through piping 35 and a three-way valve 31. The hot water that has passed through tank filter 39 is discharged from a drain pipe 27 through a three-way valve 25. The hot water that has passed through the hair catcher 29 is discharged from the drain pipe 27 through the three-way valve 17, piping 19, a three-way valve 21, piping 23, and the three-way valve 25.
