PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize high efficiency and precision of water turbine field test by taking in a specified number of signal with a detector, signal-converting the digital signal, indicating the tendency of the operation action condition of a water turbine, out of the taken-in digital signal, and then outputting it as tendency indication signal. ;SOLUTION: Various signals indicating operation action condition are inputted from various detectors 8 fixed to a testing machine of a power generating water turbine, acting as an object. The signals are converted into digital signal data with an A/D converter 1 and a hybrid recorder 7, and the signals are conversion-processed into tendency indication signals with a central processing calculation device 2, and displayed one by one through a CRT display 3. By operating with a keyboard 4 and a mouse 9, etc., process is performed at the calculating device 2 again, and the data is referred with a storage device 5.
