PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the increasing of time for processing by rearranging the order relation of all the pieces of already stored data according to a prescribed logic when a mode is switched. SOLUTION: When an operator key-operates a mode conversion key to switch the mode concerning whether to rearrange data or not, a rearranging mode switching part 5 detects the effect and when a condition is met, the part 5 gives a rearranging processing part 6 an instruction for rearranging all the piece of already stored data according to a prescribed order such as the order of the Japanese syllabary. Then when rearranging is instructed by the part 5, this part 6 executes data rearranging process in the prescribed order. In addition, in registering newly inputted data by disposing in the order of the Japanese syllabary, a data registering position deciding part 7 decides the registering position of the piece of data.
