PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable uniform lighting. SOLUTION: The lighting panel is equipped with a transparent light guide 12 which has a main surface 22 having cut surfaces 23 and 24 and a flat parallel surface 21. The cut surface facing a light source is slanted so as to reflect incident light to be reflected from the opposite-end side principally along the light guide. The cut surface on the opposite surface from the light source is slanted so as to reflect light to outside through the flat main surface.
