摘要
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a molecular composite excellent in mechanical strengths, etc., efficiently in a short time by removing the solvent from an org. solvent soln. wherein a matrix polymer and an arom. heterocyclic copolymer precursor before ring closure are mutually dissolved in each other and subjecting the resultant solid mixture to ultrasonic vibration. ;SOLUTION: After a matrix polymer [e.g. an arom. (co)polyamide] and an optionally substd. arom. heterocyclic copolymer precursor before ring closure are dissolved in each other in an org. solvent, the solvent is removed from the resultant soln. to give a solid mixture of the polymer with the precursor mutually dissolved in each other. The mixture is subjected to ultrasonic vibration under pressure, thus giving a three- dimensional-network molecular composite between a matrix polymer and an arom. heterocyclic copolymer. Thus, the molecular composite in which a rigid arom. polymer as the reinforcement is dispersed finely and homogeneously in a matrix polymer and which does not cause the flocculation of the reinforcement during molding and is excellent in mechanical strengths, etc., can be obtd. efficiently in a short time without allowing voids to occur.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
