PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To strongly maintain the strength of a building, to effectively prevent rain and wind from leaking, and to surely hold the ventilating structure of the building. ;SOLUTION: A ventilating means 30 is provided in a space 200 under a floor and a ventilating wall part-reinforcing plate 10 is bridged between columns 101 on which an internal wall 102 and an external wall 103 are to be fastened. A pair of braces are arranged holding the reinforcing plate 10 between the columns 101 and a ventilating wall part 100 is formed. Another ventilating means 60 is formed on an eaves ceiling 600 and another ventilating means 70 is formed at a roof 800. In this way, air flowing in a building through the ventilating means 30 under the floor flows in a ceiling 500 and a garret 700 through the ventilating wall part 100. At the same time, air flowing in the building through the ventilating means 60 on the eaves ceiling 600 flows in the ceiling 500 and the garret 700.
