PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the slipping off of rubber pieces due to the usage for a long period of time or the riding in of vehicles, and ensure the strength of a concrete itself by a method wherein the rubber pieces are fitted in openings, and then, a reinforcing bar is placed on respective rubber pieces, and then, a freshly mixed concrete is filled in a form, and the form is shaken by a vibrator to manufacture a border block, etc. ;SOLUTION: A form 1 is used, and a rubber piece 5 of a trapezoid shape consists of a head part 6 which is tapered in and smaller than an opening 3 and a base part 7 which is larger than the opening 3, and the head part 6 is inserted in all the openings 3. Then, a reinforcing bar 10 which is welded into a grid shape is placed on the top of the rubber pieces 5, and when the openings 3 are closed, the bottom part 4 of the molding box 1 becomes water-tight, and the rubber pieces 4 become unremovable. Under this state, freshly mixed concrete is charged from a main opening 2, and the freshly mixed concrete is evenly filled to the whole body of the molding box 1. At the same time, a vibration is applied to the molding box main body 1 by a vibrator in order to remove air bubbles in the freshly mixed concrete, and the freshly mixed concrete is cured to obtain a product.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
