PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow shoes to cope with a difference in the size of feet without bulking the shoes being housed. ;SOLUTION: A bottom part 1 formed from a bendable plate-like member is provided in the front upper side fixedly with a toe cover 3 formed like a cup and opened rearward. Hooking strings 7, 7 are on one ends attached fixedly to the both rear sides of the bottom part 1. String fixing parts like hook and loop fasteners 5b, 5b for fixing the tip sides of the hooking strings 7, 7 are arranged on the upper surface of the toe cover 3. The edges of instep parts 9, 9 formed like foldable cloths are fixedly attached to both sides of the bottom part 1 and other edges of the instep parts 9, 9 are provided with fastening parts like fastening string parts 9a, 9a.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
