PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely use a hand and a foot and to keep a warm state without attaching the foot to a heat insulation object or holding it with the hand. ;SOLUTION: Two conventional disposable body warmers are piled up and turned to a glove type and a sock type and outer sides are connected.
