PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize excellent adhesion properties, handleability and workability and no development of environmental pollution by a method wherein a wooden sheet having the specified thickness is arranged on one side or both the sides of a carbon fiber prepreg sheet impregnated with mixed resin of thermosetting resin and curing agent or curing catalyst. ;SOLUTION: A carbon fiber prepreg sheet 2 is formed by impregnating carbon fibers with mixed resin of thermosetting resin and curing agent or curing catalyst. As the hardener, one, which turns into paste or liquid when mixed with resin, such as formaldehyde used as the hardener of resol type phenolic resin or the like, is used. As the curing catalyst, inorganic acid, organic acid or the like, which turns into liquid by being dissolved when mixed with the resin. On one side or both the sides of the carbon fiber prepreg sheet 2, wooden sheets 1 and 3 having the thickness of 0.01-0.3mm are pasted and, when necessary, made into an integral body under heat and pressure.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
