PURPOSE: To adjust an uneven section surely and efficiently, to shorten the term of works and to improve sound-insulating performance. ;CONSTITUTION: Freely vertically movable elastic support legs 26 are fitted onto the underside of a floor joist base body 1, in which a large number of sheets for a floor joist are laminated in the horizontal direction, at regular intervals, thus preparing the floor joist 25. The floor joists 25 are arranged in parallel and disposed and fixed onto a concrete slab while their height is adjusted.
