PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep stable traveling property and high operating accuracy by installing a harvesting part so as to enable right and left movement in the front of a machine body. ;SOLUTION: A harvesting part 2 and a housing part 3 are respectively installed in the front and the rear of a machine body 1 and a pair of crawler type traveling parts 4 are installed in lateral both end lower parts of the machine body 1. The harvesting part 2 is installed so as to enable right and left movement in the front of the machine body and is equipped with a raking disc 21 at the top, a pair of lateral screw conveyers 23 facing the top introducing part in the disc clearance of the raking disc 21, a holding belt 26 holding Chinese cabbage pulled out and carried by the screw conveyer 23 from the lateral sides and further carrying Chinese cabbage obliquely upward to the rear and a rotating blade 25 arranged on the upper side of the screw conveyer 23 and cutting the root of Chinese cabbage halfway during carrying. The traveling part 4 is equipped with a gravity adjusting apparatus for longitudinally sliding a truck frame 43 to the machine body 1.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
