HEAT EXCHANGER TUBE DAMPING STRUCTURE FOR WASTE HEAT RECOVERY BOILER

PURPOSE: To provide a heat exchanger tube damping structure which can prevent vibration of a heat exchanger tube accurately and moreover, achieves manufacturing work easily and quickly with a simple installation while improving the strength of the heat exchanger tube itself. ;CONSTITUTION: A number of heat exchanger tubes 7 extending vertically while being equipped with a fin 11 on the outer circumference thereof are arranged in a casing of a waste heat recovery boiler through which an exhaust gas is allowed to pass at a required interval respectively in the direction of the exhaust gas passes and in the direction orthogonal to the direction of the exhaust gas passes. A damping metal 32 with a rectangular cross section extending in the direction orthogonal to the direction of the exhaust gas passes while having a longitudinal end part thereof contacting a side wall of the casing is fitted into cut parts 31 formed longitudinally in the direction of the exhaust gas passes at outside end parts of the fin 11 to be arranged between heat exchanger tubes 7 facing each other in the direction of the exhaust gas passes while the adjacent damping metals 32 are fixed mutually by a linking bolt 35.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
