PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize more suited stowage and shipping weight by reducing an estimation value error of draft using a draft calculator. ;SOLUTION: In the case of simultaneously performing an input (S10) of a center front/rear draft value and an input (S11) of loading weight in each cargo compartment (tank), an initial hull condition data, comprising hull weight and its center of gravity position information, center of gravity position information of each component, draft corresponding information defining displaced weight in a prescribed draft value, buoyancy center of gravity position information and a hull restoring force coefficient, is used, hull belonging weight (constant weight) and its center of gravity position information (CG) are calculated (S12), the initial hull condition data, in the case of calculating stowage and shipping weight, is updated to be stored (S13).;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
