APPARATUS FOR CUTTING STOCK SEEDLING OF GRAFTING ROBOT

PURPOSE: To omit manual operations such as conventional ones and raise the efficiency of the operations by carrying out the cutting treatment of a hypocotyl to a prescribed length simultaneously with grafting operations. CONSTITUTION: This apparatus for cutting a stock seedling of a grafting robot is obtained by installing a cutter 28 for a hypocotyl capable of carrying out the treatment for cutting the hypocotyl conveyed to a position under a stock cutter to a prescribed length in the grafting robot capable of conveying a stock seedling fed to a stock seedling feeder and a scion seedling fed to a scion seedling feeder, conveying the seedlings to cutting positions of the respective cutters with conveyors for the respective seedlings and further conveying the respective cut stock and scion seedlings to a joining position with respective conveyors and joining the seedlings.
