PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable plastic film or sheet excellent in impact resistance and to obtain a biodegradable molding undergoing no change in shape even under high-temperature and high-humidity conditions. ;SOLUTION: This film or sheet essentially consists of a polylactic acid polymer and a biodegradable aliphatic polyester having a glass transition point of 0°C or below. It is thermoformable and has a content of the biodegradable aliphatic polyester of 7-60 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. polylactic acid polymer.
